Honestly, we don't see most of our community abusing the communication process but for those few we have written this policy to remind you that on the other end of this website/social media/email are a small group of humans.
Listen, mistakes + misunderstandings happen. Both in life + business. It's not often it does for us, being so epically awesome at our jobs, but once in awhile Mercury Retrograde descends + something bad is just bound to happen. Shipments are sometimes delayed or arrived damaged and we want you to know we will do everything in our power to remedy any situation that comes up for you. From arrival + unboxing, to use - the entire experience you have is important to us. Truly. We take a lot of care + pride in packing up and shipping our products to you.
We ask that you use the products sold in our shop as intended.
We ask that if you're unsure about a products usage or instruction that you reach out and ask us for guidance before making a purchase. We try to respond to communications quickly and we want you to be able to use these products to the best of their ability!
We ask that when you do reach out and communicate with us you do so with the same respect + kindness you'll find we respond to you with.
We ask if you choose not to communicate kindly, that in the least you understand our curt, and sometimes lack, of response.
At the end of the day we only have each other + it is our pleasure to serve you the finest goods made by talented, hard-working people.
